About TheGadgetPedia

TheGadgetPedia helps you answer four questions before buying a gadget: which one is right for you, how it compares to similar options, which retailer currently has the best genuine price, and whether now is a good time to buy or worth waiting.

What we do

We compare specifications across smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, and audio devices, track prices over time across retailers, and calculate genuine discounts using real price history rather than a retailer's claimed “original price.” Every price shown links to the retailer through a tracked link — see our affiliate disclosure for how that works.

What we don't do

We don't sell products, process payments, ship anything, or handle returns — every purchase completes on the retailer's own site. We don't guarantee a retailer's price or stock at the moment you click through; those can change faster than any comparison site can track. Sponsored placements are always labelled and never influence our price rankings, deal scores, or buy-or-wait guidance.

Where we are today

TheGadgetPedia is in active development, launching first in India. The product catalogue you see today includes demonstration data used to build and test the platform — real-time retailer pricing is being connected as affiliate and data partnerships are finalised. We'd rather tell you that plainly than let the site imply more than it currently delivers.
